These Terms & Conditions govern the use of studioaltue.com and the general basis on which Studio Altuè works with its clients. Each project is also governed by its own proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

01Acceptance

By using this website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. In these terms, “Studio Altuè”, “we” and “us” refer to Studio Altuè, based in Zapopan, Jalisco, México; “you” and “the client” refer to the person or company using the website or hiring our services.

02Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation, copy it in bulk through automated means, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The website is provided “as is”, and while we keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

03Website content

The design, texts, images and case studies on this website belong to Studio Altuè or are used with the permission of their owners. Client work is shown for portfolio purposes. You may not reproduce or reuse this content without our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

04Inquiries & proposals

Sending an inquiry through our website does not create a contract. After reviewing your request, we may send a tailored proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and investment. Unless stated otherwise, proposals are valid for 30 days. A project begins once the proposal is accepted in writing and the initial payment is received.

05Fees & payments

  • Fees, payment schedule and currency are set out in each proposal. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added where required.
  • A deposit or reservation fee secures your place in our calendar. Once work has been scheduled, it is non-refundable unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Invoices are due on the dates set in the proposal. We may pause work while payments are overdue.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

06Your responsibilities

To keep each project on track, you agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time, to name one point of contact, and to confirm that you have the rights to any materials you share with us, such as logos, images, fonts or texts.

07Revisions & timelines

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Further revisions may be quoted separately. Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from your side; delays on either side may move the delivery dates accordingly.

08Ownership of the work

Once all fees are paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables described in the proposal. Until then, all rights remain with Studio Altuè. Concepts not selected, working files and our internal tools, methods and templates remain our property unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets, such as fonts, stock images or plugins, are subject to their own licences. Unless we agree to confidentiality in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and communications.

09Confidentiality

We treat the information you share with us during a project as confidential and only use it to deliver the work. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement when a project requires it.

10Liability

We deliver our work with care and professional skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party services, such as hosting, platforms or payment providers. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11Termination

Either party may end a project in writing if the other seriously breaches the agreement and does not fix it within 15 days. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that date, and we deliver the work paid for.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise. We will always try to resolve any issue through direct conversation first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

13Contact

For any question about these terms, write to us at hello@studioaltue.com.

Let’s create something timeless.
